I'm not going to talk about how awesome Phil is as a personal trainer because I am a little bias since he is my husband. So I will just talk about my results since they speak for themselves anyway. "Training at Sportsplex has been such an amazing experience. We have both seen big results in the few short months since we started. I have lost about 20 pounds in just under 3 months while noticeably gaining muscle, while my wife, who only had a few pounds to lose, has lost it and toned her body considerably. Before we started training there, we would go to the gym and work out on our own. We thought we were getting a good workout. But we didn’t know what a workout was until we met our trainer at Sportsplex. In just a half hour, he works us harder than we worked ourselves in the hour or two that we worked out on our own. By the end of our 30-minute session, we are completely exhausted… but in a good way. We used to be stuck in our own routines, but we have been introduced to a wide variety of new exercises. I don’t think we’ve done the same workout twice yet. It’s always nice to try something new and wonder what is coming next. "I came to elite training after one year of playing collegiate basketball. I didnt have an edge! Keeping up with collegiate players was rough and i was not the quickest, the fastest, nor the strongest. Many opponents were able to get past my guard and at standing on 5'10 it was hard to make up any difference after being beaten. After venting my problems to Greg, we started to work. In about 6 weeks i noticed a tremendous difference. My vertical has increased several inches, my 40 has dropped nearly a full second and i dont get beat on the court anymore. "Jenni and I have had the opportunity to work with Keelee since October of 2009. We had a pretty aggressive goal, in place, to lose 15 pounds before a trip to Cancun.
