Sport Athletics program is a sport specific speed and agility program created for a multitude of athletes. Ranging from beginners to elite professional athletes, our exercise science professionals design and implement workouts specific to the athlete and sport to maximize game time conditioning and performance. Team and individual training is offered for each sport in order to serve professional assistance for competitive teams or one-on-one focus for an athlete's specific needs. |

"I came to elite training after one year of playing collegiate basketball. I didn’t have an edge! Keeping up with collegiate players was rough and I was not the quickest, the fastest, nor the strongest. Many opponents were able to get past my guard and at standing on 5'10 it was hard to make up any difference after being beaten. After venting my problems to Greg, we started to work.
