Extreme Challenge

 

Whether you have hit a plateau in your fitness routine or want to increase your level of endurance, Extreme Challenge is what you are looking for.  Long bursts of maximum intensity exercise with short periods of rest between keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals.  No weights or equipment is used -- just the will to get the best body you've ever had.

Extreme Challenge is a 6 week course and is limited to 30 participants. All fees must be paid in advance and refunds will not be available due to lack of attendance.

"I don't know where to begin.  I loved everything about this class.  I enjoyed working out in a group setting because when I work out next to strong people it motivates me.  I love the format of this class.  It has enough variety so it does not get boring, but it is similar each time so you know what to expect.  I had a great experience both times I took the challenge.  Raelene told us that it was all about "little victories" and that is so true, getting through each 30 second exercise and pushing yourself as hard as you can is victory.  I loved seeing how far I came from the very first class to the end.  Each week got a little more intense and I loved pushing myself and seeing that I could actually do it.  Raelene is an excellent instructor.  She is tough in a good way, yet, very encouraging.
