12 & 13s (7th Grade and younger) 9:00am-11:00am
14 & 15s (8th and 9th Grades) 11:00am - 1:00pm

Monday & Tuesday November 8-9, 2010
15 & 16s (9th and 10th Grades) 5:30pm-7:30pm
17 & 18s (11th and 12th Grades) 7:30pm - 9:30pm

Tryout Cost $10

Club fees include:
Membership to the SportsPlex to use weight equipment, bikes, treadmills, etc.
Discounted family membership to the SportsPlex
6 week strength, speed & conditioning training with option to continue longer
Volleyball skills development sessions
Discount on private lessons with Coach Miles

The Director of the Nothern Utah Volleyball Academy (NUVA) is George Miles
former Head Coach at Weber State University and director of Club Davis Juniors

The purpose of NUVA is to offer the opportunity to increase knowledge, understanding, and skill level of the sport of volleyball, as well as improve performance through conditioning and training.
